This is an injustice to a woman who has to take care of the children and work outside the home for a living. 
We are dying behind this civilization. While Islam has not put any such burden on women, women only take care of the house and children, and employment is the responsibility of men. 
Then the West says that Muslim women are oppressed a lot, while they themselves oppress women.
