Episode 1: Love or Just Habit? — A Psychological Illusion
Sometimes we never forget someone —
not because they were very special,
but because they had become a part of our daily thoughts.
We humans are slaves to habit.
The same voice every day, the same "Good morning" message, the same "Have you eaten?"
When all of this suddenly stops, it’s not the heart but the mind that feels empty.
This emptiness in the mind doesn’t make us cry for that person,
but tires us because of the missing routine.
We often mistake habit for love.
The mind, seeing the same behavior repeatedly, forms a “belief.”
And when that behavior disappears, a person wonders:
> “Did I really love them? Or was I just used to their habit?”
Love gives peace,
Love gives freedom,
> “Maybe you’re not missing the person,
but the habit attached to them.”
