ve some secret pains and sufferings that no one knows except Allah?
Do secret good deeds for them that only Allah knows.
 • For (your illness), which no one knows about except Allah, give charity in secret, which no one knows about except Allah.
• (That worry) in your chest, which no one knows except Allah, then ask forgiveness from Allah in secret, which no one hears except Allah.
• For (the worry) that no one knows about except Allah, pray two rak'ahs at night for it, which only Allah sees.
And likewise, those who have secret pains and troubles that none but Allah knows, then do good deeds for them in secret, which none but Allah knows, and believe in Allah's mercy and comfort from Him.
